What are the typical documents required?The next step is for one of our loan processors to finish building your loan file and double-checking to make sure all the necessary forms have been returned and properly executed. The processor will also arrange to have your property appraised and a preliminary title commitment issued. This step typically takes 2-to-5 days, but is really dependent upon customer deliverables.
