Step 1: Submit a VA Online Loan Application

Step 2: We Analyze Your VA Loan Application

After we receive your mortgage application one of our VA Loan Specialist will review your information and call you as soon as possible with a good faith estimate. This typically occurs within 30 minutes during normal business hours.


Step 3: VA Loan Documents

We give our customers two options for management of required documents. Our online version (e-docs) is quick, easy, and secure. Our customers simply login to our password-protected site an upload the documents much like attaching a file to an email.-- The only difference is our state- of-the-art security and encryption technology.

For those who prefer we are more than happy to send the documents via overnight mail. This process typically delays the loan closing date by 5-to-7 days.

What are the typical documents required?

Step 4: VA Loan Processing and Underwriting

The next step is for one of our loan processors to finish building your loan file and double-checking to make sure all the necessary forms have been returned and properly executed. The processor will also arrange to have your property appraised and a preliminary title commitment issued. This step typically takes 2-to-5 days, but is really dependent upon customer deliverables.


Step 5: VA Loan Funding

Congratulations, your loan closed!
